Match report

Whitstone School now own and run Shepton Mallet Leisure Centre, and have instituted a rule which means everyone has to be out of the centre by 9.30. Our last match, between the two number 1s, Sam Douglass and Mike Secker, was close and went to 5 games. Unfortunately the Centre's personnel refused to allow us the extra 10 minutes necessary to finish the match, so we saw no option but to forfeit the game. Hence the 0-15 scoreline of the last game. It was a great pity as both players were closely matched.
